Garage Command Centre › Garage quoting software

Garage quoting software your customers can actually read

In Garage Command Centre a quote is built in the bay with photos of what you found, priced by typing the hours so the labour works itself out at your rate, and sent as a text. The customer opens it on their phone and accepts the work line by line. There is no app and no login for them. Included from £199 a month.

The problem with quoting over the phone

A quote read down the phone asks the customer to take your word for it. They cannot see the worn disc, they are usually at work, and they have no way to think about it without ringing you back. A good proportion say they will have a think, and that is the last you hear.

A quote with a photograph of the actual fault on their actual car is a different conversation. They are not deciding whether to trust you, they are looking at the thing.

How a quote gets built

The quotes that go quiet

The money in quoting is rarely in the quote you send today. It is in the one that went unanswered three weeks ago and the one that was turned down in March. Both stay on file with their photos, and the follow-up is scheduled for you so it goes out with one tap when the customer is in a better month, and never twice to the same person.

What it costs

Quoting is part of the garage software at £199 a month, with no VAT to add, no setup fee and no minimum term. The quote, the photos, the follow-ups and the customer's view of it are all included.
